Attic Fan Part – Leslie Locke Model #PT6

The rattling noise in the attic is the loose fan on my attic fan – Leslie Locke model # PT6. It appears as though Leslie Locke company no longer makes attic fans.
Is there a source for Leslie Locke attic fans parts or do I need to replace entire unit?
I will try to run down the list what it can cause the ” ratting ” noise
• Loose fan mounting bolt[s]
• Bent fan blade[s]
• Out of balnce fan blade[s]
• Worn out motor shaft bearing
• Fan blade touching the housing
Those item is pretty common one
