Bad Fan Motor

November 22nd, 2009

Model Number: ACR124 XXO Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years

How Do You Remove The Fan Motor From The Indicated Model. Appears The Whirlpool No Longer Has The Motor. Is There A Substitute Available?

You have to take the unit apart and carefully remove the condenser fan blade and evaporator squirrel cage. May need a little WD-40.
A good Appliance Parts store can match it up. It is a 3 speed PSC motor.
Or you can post the numbers off of the motor, and we will try a cross reference.
