Blackberry & Vista-Physical Memory Dump

Please HELP!

When I disconnect my blackberry usb cable from the pc I get a physical memory dump screen (blue) and have to reboot. Does anyone know why and if so how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Have you checked on the Blackberry site to make sure that you have the latest drivers and Desktop Software installed?
