brown water leaking out of pipe!

I had a new radiator put in about 2 months ago and the other day i noticed that the pipe that comes out of the wall has gone all rusty and the part of the wall just under where the pipe comes out has gone all soggy and the pipe is leaking brown water,its gotten into the wooden floors now and is starting the stain the floor,anyone any idea whats up with it,Im useless when it comes to these things! Any help would be much appericated!

Call back the installer he should have told you about the possible condition of the pipes.

Are these pipes and radiator located in an area with corrosive air present
