How many are allowed on a 15 amp circuit, (using 14-2 wire)?
Also do they make a 3-way switch that is a dimmer switch?
The code does not specify a maximum number of receptacles on a 15A circuit, but a good rule of thumb is 8 receptacles on a 15A circuit. Adjust that down if you intend to use high-current devices on this circuit.
