I need help with my electric panel

November 23rd, 2009

I’m selling my house and had an inpection This is the list of items needed to be repaired. I have no clue how much this would cost or if its a huge job or not. Can some one explain this to me or tell me if this is going to be an expensive repair. I have to get back to the buyer with my response and dont know if I can find an electrician quick enough to do an estimate right away.
I just need to know if this is gonna cost me a million dollars.

1. Separate double and triple tapped circuit breakers into indivisual breakers
2. Replace oversized breakers (switches) to properly sized breakers
3. Put ground connection in subpanel

Thank you so much this has been such a stressful ordeal.

The parts are less $100 probably less than $50. Depending on labour rates in your area it should be less than one hour work a wild guess would be $200-$300.
