Hi, My Problem Is That All The Lights Are On The Timer Sets And Counts Down, But The Is Is No Sound And Or Cooking On The Inside. Please Help Before I Pay $80 For A Service Call And Then The Parts And Labor Cost. I Am Tired Of Getting Ripped Off!
You have a bad primary switch on the latch bracket. To get to the switches, you need to get access behind the control panel. You can visually look for heat distortion on the switch, or do a continuity check on the switch.
