Kenmore 80 Series 110-24812200 wash, but not spin

Well it appears nothing is stuck, there is sort of an oil spray pattern around the cabinet, and some gunk around there, although we havent gotten to the part below.
” Turn that white plastic piece, it should turn freely and turn your spin basket tub freely.”
We can see that part, and there’s some greasy gunk all around that area.
we think maybe the clutch? We saw the clutch assembly part…not sure where to find the basket drive?
