I have had several problem with this refrigerator, with the help from this site I have been able to fix them all myself. I now have the frigerator in my garage as a backup, well wouldn’t ya know it’s acting up again. The compressor come on like it wants to cool but then goes right back off. Makes the humming sound and turns off, I don’t hear a blower trying to blow cold air or anything. What should I do?

if the compressor comes on for a few seconds then clicks off…most likely the compressor is bad. you need to do an amp test to see how many amps it’s drawing. Got an amp probe?
