I have a Kitchen Aid Fridge That is built in…Call Service light is flashing…Temp leds flashing…..I do have the tech Manual….Will not go into diagnostic mode…..Should main computer be replaced ….or control board…..What are my options…

from one of the tech sheets:

“The Service Diagnostics Mode can be entered 13 seconds after the refrigerator is powered up.

While depressing the WATER FILTER RESET button, press and hold the POWER ON/OFF button for 3 seconds,
then release both buttons.”
