Lawn/ Bow rake handle replacement

Can anyone help me with the technique to get the rake head into the handle?
Much appreciate. New handle but . .. . .
On the underside of the rake head there should be a rivet where the handle insets. Grind the head off of the rivet with a file or a dremel tool. Then the handle can be pulled out of the head.
