No water anywhere

December 23rd, 2009

Used water this morning to wash dishes, etc. Went to flush toilet – tank filled only half way and stopped. Checked faucets and have no water. Am no plumber by any means – a bookkeeper! Do know the pressure on water pump is 8 and the water tank is full. Have dug well – it is full. What should I do?

Check the breaker box to see if the breaker has popped. Make sure well has not run dry. If the pump is running, unplug it. Wait a couple hours or so before troubleshooting. Sometimes it takes a while for water to recover.
