Washer Is Possessed!

My washer is shaking so violently that the floor vibrates in the next room when it is in spin cycle. What is wrong and how can it be fixed (instructions)?
the machine must be leval use a bubble if you have one.Most machines have adjustable feet that screw up or down.
Also make sure the load is balanced and dont put in one large item always have two items to balance it out.
